Tattoo Booking
Every tattoo starts with a conversation.
Whether you have a fully formed idea or just the beginning of one, I'd love to hear it.
My work is inspired by nature, storytelling, heritage, and the connections we make with the people and places that shape us. If your idea fits within my style, I'd be honoured to help bring it to life.
Before submitting your booking request, please take a few minutes to read through the information below. It covers my booking process, pricing, deposits, and studio policies so you'll know exactly what to expect before we start creating something together.
When you're ready, you'll find the booking form at the bottom of this page.
-
Complete the booking form with as much detail as possible.
Please include:
A description of your idea
Reference images
A clear photo of the area you'd like tattooed
An approximate size and preferred placement
The more information you provide, the better I can understand your vision.
-
I personally review every booking request.
If your idea is a good fit for my style, I'll get back to you by email with:
An estimated timeframe for the project
A proposed appointment date (or phone consultation for larger projects)
Deposit information
Any additional questions I may have before booking
I review requests in the order they're received, so thanks in advance for your patience.
-
For larger custom tattoos, I usually like to schedule a phone consultation before booking.
It's a chance for us to get to know one another, talk through your ideas, discuss placement, sizing, and budget, and make sure we're aligned before I begin designing.
These conversations help me better understand the scope of the project and ensure I'm creating something that truly reflects your vision.
-
Once we settle the details, a non-refundable deposit secures your appointment.
From there, I'll begin designing your tattoo.

Policies
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every tattoo appointment.
Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received. Deposits reserve both your appointment time and the time I spend designing your tattoo, and will be applied toward the final session of your project.
Deposit amounts are based on the size and scope of your tattoo. Larger custom projects, multi-session pieces, convention appointments, and guest spots require a deposit based on a percentage of the estimated project cost.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please refer to the Rescheduling Policy below.
Guest Spot Appointments: Because guest spots are scheduled around limited travel dates, deposits cannot be applied toward a future guest spot if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours' notice.
Deposits may be transferred to one new appointment date, provided sufficient notice is given. The new appointment must take place within 2 months of the original appointment date. After that time, a new deposit will be required.
For larger custom projects and multi-session tattoos, significant time is often spent designing your tattoo before your appointment. If your appointment is rescheduled after substantial design work has already been completed, an additional deposit may be required before rebooking. This helps cover the time already invested in preparing your tattoo and the difficulty of filling longer appointment times on short notice.
Cancellations & No Shows
Deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be returned. No-shows have a significant impact on my schedule and on other clients waiting for appointments. If you miss your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and I won't be able to book future appointments with you.
Design Policy
Every tattoo is custom designed specifically for you.
To protect my work and creative process, I don't send completed designs before appointments. Your design will be ready for your scheduled session, where we'll review it together and make any minor adjustments before we begin tattooing.
Small refinements to your design can always be made on the day of your appointment. However, if you'd like to make significant changes to your original concept after I've completed your design, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Depending on the amount of redesign required, an additional deposit may be requested before rebooking.
I don't copy another artist's work. I'm always happy to use reference images as inspiration, but every tattoo I create is an original design tailored specifically to you.
Creative Freedom
While I always work closely with my clients, I also ask that you trust my artistic judgment throughout the design process. Years of experience have taught me what translates well into a lasting tattoo, and I may suggest small adjustments to improve readability, flow, and longevity while staying true to your original vision.
Right to Refuse Service
Creating a positive, respectful experience is important to me. I strive to provide a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and respected.
I ask that all clients treat me, the studio, and those around them with the same kindness and respect.
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a project falls outside my artistic style, cannot be completed safely, or if respectful communication and studio policies are not upheld.
Thanks for taking the time to read through everything. These policies help keep the booking process smooth and ensure I can give every client and every tattoo the time and attention it deserves.
